To make batter mix the ingredients like folurs, sauce, chilli powder, turmeric (optional) pepper, salt as thich batter. Add a pinch azinomoto. Dip the florets one by one and fry in boild oil. Keep the fried florets on a tissue paper. Keep a little oil in the pan after removing extra oil.
On the florets garnish celery, keep three lemon pieces and a Tomato cut into slices. Garnish the chopped green spring onions on the florets. Serve hot with Chapathis or take as starters. They taste sweet and sour.
